Confident public speaking comes with experience. The more you do it, the easier it is.

For tomorrow, practice, practice, practice. Speak in front of a mirror. Be sure not to rush through it. Slow dow, speak clearly, loud voice, head up. Try to relax.

Knowing the material helps a lot. If you fully understand the topic, it is unlikely something can trip you up.

I don’t know the specifics of what you are presenting and to whom, but, oftentimes it is better to not try to give a word for word speech. When you do that, it can sound cold and boring. Plus, if you flub a word or sentence it can throw you off for the rest of the speech. Instead, have key points to cover, practice different ways of getting those points across and, when in front of the people, talk to them, like talking to a friend, rather than talking AT them.
