Question by Whig Party: Why aren’t more Republicans speaking out against professional victin Sarah Palin?
Just sayin’, the woman is clearly not cut out to be president. I am not trying to direct any hatred towards her but realistically, she is a victin by profession.

That isn’t the type of person that should be a Tea Party icon or a GOP one. She really shouldn’t be anyone’s icon with her attitude.

Most conservatives I talk to don’t care for her all that much
but have taken her side simply because they need to “protect their own.”
She pisses off liberals, so they back her.

I don’t’ think there is a need to. Currently she has a career in reality television and public speaking–not politics. She may refudiate this, however, especially after working with our North Korean allies.

Apparently it only matters how much media exposure you can get to become president. There is no resume needed. Just talk really well and be semi-likeable and you’re in there.

She has a big bloc of voters in her back pocket. The intelligent Republicans who know she is a warmed over moron are not going to alienate those voters by speaking out against her.

I don’t like her. She is a drama queen and an attention ho, and definitely is not cut out to be President. If she runs, that will guarantee 0bama a 2nd term. We need to all get behind someone else who is actually legitimate, like Pawlently, Thune, Daniels, Jindal, Pence…take your pick, they are all much better than her.

That “victim” helped defeat your candidates at a rate of 86% in the ast election.

When the Republicans are stupid enough to heed the advice of their enemies and run “moderate” candidates we lose.

When we choose unelectable types we win landslides.

The vast majority of the GOP does not like Palin and would not support her as a legitimate presidential candidate in 2012. They remain silent about her though because she uses her victim roll to attack the left. And the GOP likes that.

Karl Rove and matriarch of the Bush family, Barbara Bush have spoken out. They both know what a political clown palin is. If they know, everybody knows! Both the Republicans and Tea Party will use her while she is useful. She will continue to put herself out there in any way that will get her some attention or publicity. She is rather whiny when confronted with the truth about her lack of “gravitas” and lack of knowledge.

There is something refreshing about a person who can say those three little words…. “I don’t know.” Palin does not appear capable of saying them. She just makes up answers or relies on rhetoric.

The Democrats need to step back and realize that they elected the worst President in US History after voting for an inexperienced, clueless community organizer Junior Senator whose incompetence was overlooked because he is black.

BTW – the fact that Sarah Palin was nominated to run for VP & was an accomplished, successful Governor of a state that she ran with a huge budget surplus + no income tax + a $ 2000 rebate per citizen + prosecuting corrupt Republican & Democrat politicians + negotiating with the Oil Companies to bring US Alaskan Oil to all Americans as well as oil company taxes to the state of Alaska clearly DOES make Palin an icon

The GOP does not allow speaking out against Palin or Limbaugh. That is a fatal career mistake in that party right now.
