Effective Public Speaking Tips

Question by BlueYonder: Are there any good courses out there for public speaking?
I am not good at public speaking and would like to be an effective speaker. Are there any reliable/good courses that I should go to in order to improve myself.

I am living in Melbourne, Australia if that helps.
